CALL FOR SPEAKERS

Central States Revit Workshop is now seeking speakers for the 2013 event to share their expertise and knowledge at the 2013 event scheduled for Thursday August 15th and Friday August 16th.  Sessions will be 70 minutes in length and can be formatted as a technical presentation, hands-on lab session, or roundtable/panel discussion. Please complete the form in it’s entirety at the bottom of the page if you are interested in presenting.

Details:

Selection Process: The CSRW Board will review and select presentations based on the number of available presentation slots per category, number of applicants and their respective topic in conjuntion with specific focus points predetermined by the Board. For more information see the the respective category you wish to submit for. After selection the board may contact you to suggest adjustments to ensure we deliver a conference with the expected quality and content the attendees are looking for.

Proposal Criteria using the below form (this info will be used on conference website if selected):

• a brief Speaker Biography (max. 150 words or 1000 characters)
• a Headshot
• 4 key learning objectives
• indicate if submission is aimed for Intermediate or Advanced Revit Users.
• Indicate discussion topic cateogry.
• Indicate type of presentation.
• Presentation title and brief description.

Schedule:

• Call for Speaker proposals are due by March 15, 2013.
• Notifications of acceptance will be made before the end of March and added to the website.
• Session Handouts/Outlines are due by May 3rd, 2013
• Powerpoints and Data Sets due June 28th
